Despite being a developed metropolitan, Hong Kong remains a hostile place for trans and gender-diverse people.

 

With rigid legislation around gender recognition, as well as the lack of anti-discrimination laws, trans and gender-diverse people continue to be marginalised and disempowered.

The Gamut Project is a collective of Trans and Gender-diverse people of colour based in Hong Kong.
